Statutory Assessments & Results

Celebrating Our Success

We are incredibly proud of our pupils' dedication and hard work, which, combined with the commitment of our staff, consistently delivers exceptional academic results. Our statutory assessment outcomes place our school significantly above national and local averages, ensuring every child leaves us ready for the next stage of their education.

This page summarises our headline results for the 2024/2025 Academic Year.

Key Stage 2 (Year 6 SATS): Exceeding Expectations

Our Year 6 SATS results are a true highlight, confirming that our curriculum and teaching effectively prepare pupils for secondary school.

We achieved strong outcomes that placed us above the national average and above our Kingston neighbours in every single measure. Crucially, we outperformed our Richmond neighbours in the percentage of children achieving the expected standard in Reading, Writing, and Maths combined, and in writing.

Year 4: Multiplication Tables Check (MTC)

Our pupils are demonstrating exceptional mathematical fluency, which is a key indicator of future success:

  • The average score achieved by our Year 4 cohort was 22.2.
  • An outstanding 57% of pupils achieved a perfect score of 100%.
  • Both of these measures are significantly above the 2024 national averages.
Year 1: Phonics Screening Check

Reading fluency is our core priority. We are proud of the progress made by this cohort and are confident in our systematic approach:

  • 81.6% of children passed the Phonics Check, representing an improvement on the previous year.

The consistent delivery of our high-quality Little Wandle Letters and Sounds (SSP) programme is fully embedded. We are highly confident that this will ensure future results will be consistently nearer 90%, securing reading success for every child.

Reception: Good Level of Development (GLD)

Our Early Years Foundation Stage secured vital learning foundations, with the cohort achieving a phenomenal outcome:

  • 88% of children achieved a Good Level of Development (GLD).
  • This represents a significant increase of 15.3 percentage points on the previous year, demonstrating a successful return to our highest historical levels of achievement and providing a strong start for all pupils.
