ParentMail is a service used by over 6,000 schools, nurseries and children’s clubs to communicate to parents. We use the ParentMail email and text message system to send home important school news, messages and letters. You will also use ParentMail to report absences, pay for clubs, trips and activities and to book school lunches for children in Years 3-6.

Communicating electronically benefits the school financially as well as helping the environment by cutting down the amount of paper that we produce.

Registering with ParentMail is very easy! The school office will send you a link to sign up.  Please be assured that ParentMail is registered with the Information Commissioner and guarantees that all information you provide will be kept private and will not be passed on to any other organisation.

Once registered, if you have an Android or Apple smartphone, we recommend that you download the free ParentMail App for the best user experience. To do this, simply search for 'ParentMail' in your App store.

For ParentMail communications to run smoothly it is important that the school has an up-to-date email address and mobile phone number.
