Arbor is a simple, smart and cloud-based Management Information System, which includes an online payment system used by over 4,300 schools. 

As a parent/carer, you are able to use the Arbor Parent Portal/App to receive email communications, as well as be able to make payments for clubs, trips, and purchase items such as tickets, books, etc. You will also be able to see your child’s attendance and make changes to the contact data we hold on our system.  

What is the Parent Portal?

The Parent Portal is a version of Arbor accessible to parents/carers on a laptop or computer. You can log into the Parent Portal by going to and inputting your email address and password.

What is the Arbor App?

The Arbor App is the mobile version of the Parent Portal, for use on mobile devices.

Not used Arbor before?

Activating your Arbor account is quick and easy to do. All you need is the email address we hold on record for you. We will email you with a link to activate your account. You should use a desk/laptop computer to do this. Please note the link will only last for 96 hours.
