We want to continually improve Christ Church. Our key priorities for this year are to:

1. Develop excellence in the leadership of teaching of all phases, ensuring a well-trained team of leaders, teachers and teaching assistants, committed to their own, and colleagues', professional learning.  
2. Embed strong, consistent practice in the planning, teaching and assessment of maths and writing, ensuring strong progression and high achievement for all pupils, [including the bottom 20%].
3. Ensure growing awareness and celebration of diversity and inclusion in our school community, including racial, cultural and neurodiversity. 
4. Improve all indoor and outdoor spaces in the school to promote an ethic of excellence in utilising and enhancing our school environment.
