Key Priorities

Quality of Education

To maximise progress in light of the impact of lockdowns with a particular focus on developing a mastery approach in mathematics.

Behaviour and Attitudes

To proactively develop an anti-discriminatory, inclusive ethos within the school by undertaking the Rights Respecting Schools Award.

Personal Development

To expand the school’s support for wellbeing for staff and children alike, through an enhanced life skills curriculum, acquisition of micro pigs, ‘soft starts’ to the morning and development of the role of mental health leader.

Leadership and Management

To continue the development of our middle leaders in order to ensure that our high quality broad and balanced curriculum is taught skilfully and consistently across the school.

You will find more about the ways we plan to achieve these objectives and others in our School Improvement Plan.
